A well-equipped team with be available at all hours to facilitate the fixing of any issues related to construction or functional behavior of the apartment, via a call center.

4 Warranty & Guarantees
Any warranties or guarantees issues for equipment will be checked on a regular basis to ensure full functionality.

5 Apartment Sale or Rent
Our sales & marketing team will be available to assist in any regard relating to the sale or rent of a purchased apartment to a new third party.

6 Management Corporation/ Body Corporation Functions
Our staff will liaise with on-site Residence Managers to arrange and handle the functions of Management and Body Corporation functions.

7 Client Documents Availability
All relevant documents regarding construction or otherwise related functions will be handed over to the established management corporation, and therefore available for client reference.

8 Demonstration of Equipment
A demonstration of equipment usage will be provided to all clients for their awareness, in case of emergencies.
Warrenty

1 1-year Defects Liability
This period begins on the day of apartment handover to the client.

2 10-year Structural Warranty
This coverage enables the warranty for all structures, and any matters related to this will be attended to by our professional staff.

3 Equipment Warranty
All equipment, such as the elevator, pumps, firefighting tools and etc. is entitled to warranty.

4 Post-Defects Liability Period Service Availability
The maintenance team will be available for assistance related to construction matters, even after the indicated period.
