Prime Group recently launched its newest property development spread over eight acres of land with both condominium and villa residential units in a picturesque location in Kurunegala facing the Ethugala rock. The property which is located bordering the highway entrance is aimed at redefining Kurunegala as a modern living area is spacious and serene surroundings.
Prime Lands Residencies PLC Executive Director/Director Corporate Affairs Nalinda Heenatigala said that the property has unique amenities that make it self-contained.

The residential apartments are from 1,000 sq. ft. to 1,300 sq. ft. and the villas are over 2,000 sq. ft. Prices range from Rs. 17 million upwards. “We see a trend in rapid investments which has very positively reflected the growth of the Real Estate sector. It is also a strong hedge against the exchange rate,” Heenatigala added.
